I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests I had. Both Luis and Angela at the reception did an excellent job of making me feel welcome and ensuring my needs were met. The rooms were modern, clean, and exceptionally comfortable. I loved waking up to the stunning views from my window. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel had a great location close to restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the city from the window.
There were a few issues that detracted from our stay. The noise level from nearby events and parties was high, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Our romantic escape was a great success. We appreciated the modern facilities and the friendly staff. the comfortable rooms and great breakfast were two outstanding features. the hotel was located near some of the most beautiful natural areas in the region, which made exploring easy. Finally, we loved the fact that the hotel was new and clean.
the hot water stopped working on our last day, which made it hard to shower before we checked out.
